This 52 in. backboard is constructed with a shatter proof Makrolon polycarbonate playing surface for a pro-glass look and superior rebounding performance. It also features a Slam-It Pro rim with double compression springs for spring-back action. Use our Lifetime Universal Mounting Kitto mount backboard and rim to a wall, roof, or existing 3.5 inch pole. If you would like the option of adjusting the height of the backboard, use our Quick Adjust Conversion Kit to mount it to a wall or a 3.5 inch pole. Lifetime basketball backboard combos are built with powder-coated steel for weather resistance to rusting, chipping, and cracking. The backboard on this combo is shatter proof; many times stronger than acrylic, and is designed with UV-protected graphics. Major components made in the USA.
