Once you receive your new building begin by unpacking the pre-cut framing, doors and hardware. You will also receive a detailed manual with step by step instructions. Each step is explained with clear instructions and detailed line art and has been developed with the novice builder in mind.

Following the manual you will be directed to cut the siding material for application to the wall frames. This step is made extraordinarily easy because the pre-cut walls are used as a template, once assembled, prior to cutting. Simply trace the outline of the wall and cut.

What's the difference between our Best Barns brand marked 'ALL Pre-Cut' and the regular Best Barns brand, they look similar? The Best Barns ALL Pre-Cut sheds and regular Best Barns sheds are both made by Reynolds Building Systems at their state of the art factory in Northwest Pennsylvania. The regular Best Barns brand, not marked ALL Pre-Cut, offers you added savings for just an extra 2 or 3 hours of installation time. With a regular Best Barn you will get two deliveries; one will be your shed kit and a second delivery will be the siding, roof sheathing and loft (if included in the kit) which will be delivered separately from your local home center. Home Depot will be the home center we use if one is in your area. The customer will then follow the simple instructions to make just straight cuts to prepare these items. The regular Best Barn shed makes it inexpensive and easy!

All required hardware included: door hinges, latch, hurricane straps for trusses, nails, glue for gussets and detailed instruction manual included. Paint, shingles and roof edge are provided by owner / not included.

OPTIONAL SIDE DOOR ENTRY

You can add an optional side entry door for convenient access! Select either a six-panel or nine-window steel door, both of which come with an aluminum threshold and lock set. When ordering, please specify which side you’d like the hinges on so we can provide the correct door. The door swings inward into the storage building.

This optional flooring kit creates a stable, level base and elevates your structure off the ground to help prevent moisture damage and rot.

Built for heavy-duty performance, the kit includes:

• 4×4 pressure-treated runners
• All required hardware for installation
  
• 2×4 treated floor joists, spaced 16" on center
  
• 3/4" thick 4×8 plywood panels

Crafted from high-quality treated lumber, the FortressFloor is engineered to handle tough conditions and substantial weight loads, making it ideal for long-term use in any climate.

Please note: Materials are not pre-cut, but only straight cuts are needed for assembly. The flooring kit ships separately from the shed and will be delivered by a local lumber supplier, who will contact you to set up a delivery appointment. Someone must be present to receive and sign for the shipment. This upgrade is a smart, durable investment that enhances the stability and functionality of your new shed.
