Propane Bottle (NOT Included) or a 20 lb. Propane Tank with the Propane Adapter Hose with Regulator (NOT Included) as its energy source. Wherever you're cooking, its adjustable-height rubber feet will stabilize the griddle on uneven surfaces. The Blackstone 17 inch Table Top Griddle with Hood can fit 9 Burgers / 4 Steaks / 9 Pancakes / 12 Eggs and can feed 2 to 4 people.
