First off, this company’s customer service is phenomenal. They have been in contact about everything and any bumps along the way. As for the kayak it was in alright shape, but it took a month to get to me and when it arrived it was covered in deep gouges all along the side. I assumed it was the shipping process that made those occur. Overall a pretty decent experience.
