Little Cottage Co. 16x32 Classic Gambrel Large Barn Shed Kit (16x32 CGLB-PC)

The Classic Gambrel Large Barn is a smart storage solution designed for homeowners who need extra space without sacrificing style. Its gambrel roof design creates increased overhead clearance, while the 6 ft. sidewalls allow for easier movement and efficient storage of tall items.

Constructed with solid 2x4 wood framing, this barn is built to handle outdoor conditions and provide long-term durability. The exterior features 7/16 in. LP SmartSide siding that is factory-primed, resistant to insects and fungal decay, and protected by a 50-year limited warranty. All wood components arrive pre-cut, labeled, and ready for assembly to simplify the building process.

The structure includes pre-assembled double doors with reinforced 2x4 framing and a locking handle for secure, convenient access. Built-in vents promote airflow to help reduce moisture, while the extended roof overhang and LP SmartSide corner trim enhance both durability and curb appeal.

Offered in 17 different size options, the Classic Gambrel Large Barn can be tailored to meet a wide range of storage needs. Paint and shingles are sold separately, allowing you to customize the appearance to match your outdoor space. Designed and manufactured in the USA, this barn includes all required hardware and detailed instructions for a smooth installation experience.

Please note: Shingles, paint, and drip edge are sold separately. Before building, verify local building codes or HOA requirements to ensure compliance.
