Product received was as described in web site. Without the appurtenances (base adapters) I could not have used the product on my project. Very pleased with ambience of lighting and length of time lights stay on. Only concern is with how top cap mounts to base. So far no real issues, except when top cap is touched (whether accidental or on purpose) with a counterclockwise type of contact the cap easily twists out of position and/or disconnects. Silicone would eliminate this issue but would make future battery changes more cumbersome. Recommend redesign of how top (solar) cap mounts to base unit. Comments from friends and neighbors have been very favorable.
