The Big Tiny Home Includes:

• All 2x4 framing for interior walls including bathroom, stairwell and laundry room on second floor
• 2nd Floor floor joists and T&G subfloor
• 2x6 Trusses and gables
• 20ft Dormer for one side of the 2nd floor
• Two 36in. x 80in. 9-Lite doors for entry and egress
• Two 32in. x 36in. and two 36in. x 36in. insulated windows
• All hardware to assemble
• Choice of 3-Tab shingle colors including Brown, Charcoal and Gray
• Drip edge and felt paper
• House wrap
• Drywall, joint tape, joint compound and drywall screws to cover interior and ceilings
• Documentation to assist the customer in obtaining a permit. Including elevations, cross sections, suggested interior layout and mechanical drawings for wiring, plumbing and heating
• State sealed stamped drawings for the load limits of the truss system and 2nd floor
